CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER​

 

Client Services Manager - East Molesey, Surrey

Hybrid - Partly home based with weekly meetings in Surrey or Central London.

Remuneration - Salary plus performance related pay - OTE of £30,000 pro rata

Full time or Part time considered

Exceed Experiences – Offering a range of desirable experiences. Customer channels include B2B and B2C.

Exceed Hospitality - Providing access to global sporting/music and other significant events.

Exceed Luxury Travel – Luxury Travel Management Company with access to high volume travel agent rates.

Opportunity

Pre pandemic, the Exceed team facilitated fundraising activity at over 150 events and over 3,000 bespoke experiences every year. As part of our continued expansion, we are recruiting for a new position of Executive Assistant to the CEO. The successful candidate will join our ambitious, dynamic team in our Surrey offices with flexible working arrangements available for the right candidates.

Job Brief

We are seeking a highly organised, motivated professional to add to a like-minded team. Primarily Client Service and Key Account Management role with sales-support, as well as administration and customer service responsibilities, to ensure a high level of service delivery to our customers and some other central support responsibilities. An all-rounder and natural relationship builder, the successful candidate will be a key member of the team, helping to shape the direction of a fast-growing business. The role may involve national and international travel working with the senior management team.

Characteristics of the successful candidate

  • Customer-oriented approach

  • Experienced PA / executive assistant an advantage

  • Excellent relationship building skills

  • Experience in a luxury/VIP client environment will be an advantage

  • Excellent organisational skills and diary management

  • Attention to detail and a passion for Excellent Customer Service

  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively by phone, in person and over email

  • Experience with CRM systems an advantage
