NBA Game Selection and Other Terms

Once the NBA releases the season fixtures — expected around mid-late August each year — Customers will be invited, via the email address on our records, to submit their game preferences. Game allocation will be confirmed strictly in the order selections are received, based on the exact timestamp of submission.

1.1. Customers must provide their Top 3 Game Choices, ranked in order of preference, within 2 weeks of receiving the available fixture list. The earliest received valid submission will have priority in the event of overlapping selections. The first available game from the Customer’s ranked list will be allocated and confirmed and will not be changeable.
1.2. Customers who do not submit their Top 3 Game Choices within the two-week window will have a game allocated at the discretion of the Supplier, which will be final and non-changeable.

2. Flights are not included, but can be quoted and added at time of booking.

3. A hotel supplement of £50 per person, per night applies to bookings in Q4 (Oct–Dec).

4.1. For sales made between 1st January and 31st March, the voucher can be redeemed for EITHER the then current NBA season, OR the next upcoming NBA season.

4.2. For sales made between 1st April and 31st August, the voucher can be redeemed for and will be valid for the next, upcoming NBA season only.

4.3. For Sales made between 1st September and 31st December, the voucher can be redeemed for and will be valid for the then current NBA season only.

4.4. Sales made between between 1st September and 31st March will be offered all remaining games in the then current NBA season to select from.

4.5. These cut-offs are set and the voucher will be valid for the one corresponding validity period only and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
